Datacenter Proxies
Server-hosted IPs in tier-1 facilities. When the target is not scoring you by ASN, this is the fastest and cheapest way to move volume.

How datacenter proxies actually work
Datacenter proxies run on hardware we rent in commercial data centres. They are not attached to a consumer ISP, so a determined target can identify them as non-residential by looking up the ASN that owns the range.
In exchange you get an order of magnitude more throughput per dollar and latency measured in tens of milliseconds rather than hundreds. For any destination that is not actively filtering hosting ranges — internal APIs, partner feeds, most public data sources, staging environments — that trade is overwhelmingly worth making.
We run both shared and dedicated pools. Shared IPs are drawn from a rotating block used by multiple customers and are billed by bandwidth. Dedicated IPs are assigned solely to your account, billed per IP per month, and never touched by anyone else.
- 1
Pick shared or dedicated
Shared pools rotate across our full block and are billed on bandwidth. Dedicated IPs are reserved to your account and billed monthly per address.
- 2
Connect to the regional gateway
dc.wproxy.io routes to the nearest healthy region automatically, or pin a region explicitly when latency locality matters.
- 3
Health checks run continuously
Every exit is probed against a rotating set of reference destinations every 90 seconds. Addresses that start returning blocks are pulled from rotation before your traffic hits them.
- 4
Scale horizontally, not vertically
There is no connection cap. Open as many parallel sessions as your own infrastructure can sustain.
What you get with datacenter
Sub-40ms median response
Our exit nodes sit in the same facilities as the major clouds. For targets hosted on AWS, GCP or Azure you are frequently one hop away.
Shared or fully dedicated
Start on the shared rotating pool for a fraction of a cent per request, then move hot workloads onto dedicated IPs when you need a stable, allowlistable address.
10 Gbps uplinks throughout
Every exit is provisioned on a 10 Gbps port with no per-connection shaping. Sustained parallel crawls do not degrade the pool.
Cleanest cost per GB we offer
At volume, datacenter bandwidth lands near 29 cents per gigabyte — roughly a tenth of what the equivalent residential traffic costs.

Every targeting option is available on all plans including pay-as-you-go. Nothing here is gated behind an enterprise contract.
Build a live credential
Everything below reflects the real username grammar. Change the targeting and watch the credential update.
Your endpoint
Targeting lives in the username, so one hostname covers every combination. Change any option above and the credentials update immediately.
curl -x "http://customer-demo-country-us:s3cr3t-pass@dc.wproxy.io:8000" \

Target datacenter exits by country and city — and, where the product supports it, right down to the network operator.

Reach for this when
- High-volume crawling of permissive targets
- Internal API access and partner data feeds
- Load testing and synthetic monitoring
- Anything latency-sensitive
Look elsewhere when
- Targets that block hosting ASNs — start on residential instead
- Consumer-facing platforms with mature bot detection
