Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026 · wproxy Networks Ltd.

These terms govern access to wproxy’s proxy network, dashboard, APIs and related services. By creating an account or sending traffic through our gateways you agree to them. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. Who we are

The services are provided by wproxy Networks Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (no. 14820933), with its registered office at 40 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5NR, United Kingdom. References to “wproxy”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for every action taken with your credentials, API keys and proxy users. Notify us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law have been breached, or where we cannot complete required identity or payment checks.

3. The service

wproxy provides access to proxy infrastructure and related tooling as described on the site at the time of purchase. Features, pool sizes and coverage change as the network changes. Published statistics are honest rolling figures, not guarantees of a specific IP remaining available.

We do not warrant that any particular website will accept traffic from a given exit. Success rates are published so you can choose products accordingly, not as a service-level commitment unless an enterprise order form says otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the network is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. We investigate reports of abuse and will suspend confirmed violations. You remain solely responsible for the legality of your collection activities in every jurisdiction you target.

5. Fees, taxes and refunds

Prices are as shown at checkout or in an order form, exclusive of VAT and similar taxes. Bandwidth products are billed on successful response bodies. IP products are billed per address per month. Unused monthly plan traffic expires at period end; pay-as-you-go balances expire twelve months after purchase.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Chargebacks opened without first contacting billing@wproxy.io are treated as a breach and may result in immediate suspension.

6. Intellectual property

The site, dashboard, documentation, APIs and marks are owned by wproxy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them solely to consume the service. You retain ownership of data you send through the network; we do not claim it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is except where an enterprise SLA is in force. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited under English law.

Subject to that, our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent forum to protect the network.
